Billing Specialist to join our team in Belfast.
Daily invoice, SO and cash sale recon Unticked report (unsent invoices) Managing all e-billing portals and systems Invoice submissions to portals, including monitoring for rejections, tax issues etc Ensuring portal invoices are scheduled for payment and following up with customers if not PO receipt and management in portals, working closely with OM Portal onboarding, including questionnaires, providing official documents etc Working with Salesops (Stephanie Logan) to establish trading relationships within portals Working with sales reps on expected deals and ensuring no portal obstacles Outage credits SPIFF and Partner Rebate credits Tesorio Admin, managing dunning campaigns and configurations etc Oversight of PS and Training invoices from Mavenlink Assisting with collections during busy periods or to support when Team members are off AR inbox management, including ad hoc manual billing requests, credits, queries etc Using Avalara to upload WHT certs and crediting any unpaid tax via short paid tax process Assisting with credit review for new customers Monthly PO accruals Monthly prepaid amortisations DMT and Magnitude Reporting for Distil entity In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years.
