Teacher - SEMH Provision (KS2-KS4) Location: Blackpool Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher with a passion for working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive and inclusive SEMH provision catering to students from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 .
The role involves: Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
Providing a structured, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
Supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with a calm and consistent approach.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including TAs, therapists, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will need: QTS or QTLS (essential).
Experience teaching students with SEMH, either in a specialist or mainstream setting.
A strong understanding of SEMH and associated behaviours.
Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
