Speech And Language Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical team at The Tower School in Essex.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.Working collaboratively with our site teams, you will support the integration of our specialist services into the day-to-day running of each provision.
A key aspect of this role is to deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our young people's needs.We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £3000 and relocation package of £3000.
In addition, you will receive a £2000 training allowance to support your continued professional development.The ideal candidate will have a recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree, valid HCPC registration, and experience working within a trauma or complex needs setting.
