Deputy Care Home Manager Essex £35,000 per annum+ Benefits Are you passionate about making a difference and leading a team committed to providing top-notch care?
As our Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and inspiring our care staff, ensuring the best possible care for our residents.
You'll step into full management whenever needed, assisting the Home Manager to meet and exceed operational goals, while setting a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities Leadership : Oversee and mentor care staff, guiding and supervising their daily work through hands-on training and positive leadership.
Resident Care : Conduct pre-admission assessments, keep care plans updated, and maintain clear communication with residents' families and other care organizations.
Compliance : Ensure that high-quality care standards are met in alignment with CQC guidelines.
Skills & Attributes Prior experience as a Deputy Home Manager.
A deep commitment to engaging with residents to understand their needs and deliver exceptional care.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and team members.
A collaborative approach to involving residents and families in developing and evaluating care plans.
