Main duties of the job providehighly specialist SLT assessment and therapy to people with voice disorders.deliverquality, appropriate and timely care to patients with voice disorders via JointVoice Clinics, SLT endoscopy clinics, individual and group therapyindependentlyperform endo-stroboscopy for patients with clinical voice disorders in SLT OPclinics or in joint ENT clinics.assessand diagnose voice disorders and provide effective voice therapy as appropriateto assessment findings.

Person Specification Experience Essential Relevant postgraduate clinical experience.
Considerable experience with Voice caseload.
Management of patients with complex voice disorders.
Independent caseload management.
Planning timely and safe patient discharge from service.
Utilisation of evidence-based practice and established vs novel therapy approaches to plan and delivery high-quality person-centred care.
Use of appropriate outcome measures.
Interdisciplinary working and collaboration.
Experience of supervision of students and SLT colleagues.
Development and delivery of training for/to SLT and non-SLT colleagues.
Planning and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Essential Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
State registration via Health & Care Professions Council Evidence of relevant post graduate training in specialist area.
