With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.Duties can include:Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shoppingPersonal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independentQualificationsBe caring, warm-hearted and have a compassionate nature.Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive.Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude and be passionate to help others.Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills.Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head.Have a full driving license & access to a vehicle so you can provide care to our clients in their own homes across our area.Additional InformationBe part of the Home Instead community and work with friendly like-minded people who share your values.
