We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a strong team in central London.Cooking seasonal Italian/ Mediterranean cuisine.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you will assist in the kitchen's day-to-day operations, providing leadership, creativity and trainingYou should have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining Italian/ Mediterranean restaurant.Working 48 - 52 hours a week.
