Details of the offer

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a strong team in central London.
Cooking seasonal Italian/ Mediterranean cuisine.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you will assist in the kitchen's day-to-day operations, providing leadership, creativity and training You should have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining Italian/ Mediterranean restaurant.
Working 48 - 52 hours a week.
Benefits include 6 weeks paid leave (4 weeks in summer and 2 weeks at Christmas) TPBN1_UKCT
