The requirements Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sommelier WSET Level 2 or above (desired) Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn Excellent communication skills Great team player A keen interest in Japanese cuisine The Benefits We take great pride in giving the best experience to our customers through great service and quality.
