About the Team The Workday Pre-Sales specialists are part of the sales team supporting and promoting the technical aspects of our solution. About the Role This is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of ERP cloud applications. Through interactive discoveries, you will analyze an organization's needs and demonstrate how Workday's Enterprise Applications can address the customer's requirements and solve their strategic business concerns with the special focus on technical integration into the existing IT landscape of the customer.

Responsibilities: Presenting the architecture and articulating the value and growing adoption of the Workday platform to various audiences / C-Levels. Highlighting the advantages of the architecture over legacy ERP and other cloud systems. Creating an outstanding experience for the prospect´s technical orientated audience. Understanding and presenting the Security, Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of our SaaS offering. About You What You'll Need: AI Enthusiast: A deep understanding and genuine passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their application in enterprise solutions. Technical Foundation: Strong technical knowledge encompassing ERP systems, cloud computing, data security, and integration. Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Results-Driven: A strong work ethic, a drive to succeed, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Creative Mindset: A knack for thinking outside the box and developing innovative solutions. BI Expertise: Experience with business intelligence tools and techniques, with the ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights. Basic Qualification: 3+ years of experience in SaaS/Enterprise Software pre-sales or consulting, with a focus on ERP/Financials and a demonstrated ability to drive results. Other Qualifications: A strong understanding of HR and Finance landscape. Passionate about AI and BI. Confident presenting up to Executive level and storytelling.
