We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team, offering an opportunity to handle a varied and interesting caseload while providing expert legal support to clients in need.
Role Overview: As a Personal Injury Solicitor , you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, advising and representing clients who have suffered from accidents, injuries, and other personal damages.
You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve while handling the complexities of personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management: Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims from initial instruction through to settlement.
Client Advisory: Provide clear, expert advice to clients on a variety of personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability claims.
Document Drafting: Prepare, review, and file legal documents, such as claim forms, witness statements, medical reports, and settlement agreements.
Negotiation & Settlement: Negotiate with insurers, opposing solicitors, and other parties to reach favourable settlements for your clients.
Court Representation: Represent clients in court when required, ensuring the best possible outcome for each case.
Client Care: Develop strong, empathetic relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and support throughout the legal process.
Legal Research & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on changes in personal injury law, legal precedents, and industry regulations.
Qualifications: PQE: Qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) with experience in personal injury law.
Client-Centered: A strong commitment to delivering excellent client care and support, with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain legal matters to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
