New opening for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join a global law firm, based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with at least 4 years of PQE.
The Scottish Real Estate team forms an integral and seamless part of an award-winning practice which offers a complete range of real estate services to clients, from development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, retail and real estate finance to construction and property litigation.
The global expansion of the firm in recent years has also broadened the international angle to the real estate practice.
The team work on a wide variety of real estate transactions, both domestic UK transactions and supporting activities of the firm's global clients.

Required experience will include:
Development and infrastructure projects.
Investment-based disposals and acquisitions (including corporate share acquisitions).
Working with project teams including construction and planning colleagues.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, easements, licences and agreements for lease.
Dealing with the usual real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports on title.
Carrying out asset management and portfolio management work (e.g.
