As a Sales/Business Development Executive, you will… 1.
Target-driven consultative sales individual 2.
Minimum 12-15 years' experience in IT services selling 3.
Understand the latest trends in public cloud migration/transformation, Data and analytics, software testing and development horizontals.

Ability to generate leads and drive business through direct clients and channels like AWS.
5.
Deep IT industry knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to develop new and existing channel and end-user relationships.
Further to this, · You'll be responsible for defining the direct sales & and channel strategy in your region, defining joint GTM and business plans and ability to execute the same · IT Channel sales experience is an added advantage.
· Strong Business Development and Account Management experience within a relevant technology field, comfortable with self-generation of opportunities and also working with marketing & BD teams to generate leads/meetings.
· Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities.
· Experience of working within a fast-paced environment whilst using initiatives and ideas to contribute to the growth of the cloud business unit.
· Knowledge and a passion for technology products and services is essential.
· Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences and drive mindshare of Aspire's goals and objectives.
· Demonstrates the ability to work in a structured, methodical way.
· Strong network working within the IT Channel or direct clients · Work with integrity, passion & self driven · Ability to negotiate favourable terms.
· Ability to professionally conduct meetings and discussions.
