Job Description Job Title:  Program / Account Manager   Location: UK / Remote    Experience: 4+ years     Role Summary:   We are looking for a skilled Program / Account Manager to join our team and drive the realisation of value from projects and programs.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:   Lead the benefits management process, from initial identification to final realisation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  Develop and implement benefits tracking frameworks, setting clear metrics and baselines for measuring success.
  Collaborate with project and program teams to ensure benefits are integrated into project plans and actively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  Identify, quantify, and document potential benefits for projects and programs, working closely with stakeholders to validate expected outcomes.
  Conduct regular benefits assessments and prepare detailed reports on benefits realisation for executive leadership.
  Support communication efforts to demonstrate project value, ensuring stakeholders are informed about progress, achievements, and any changes to expected benefits.
  Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote a benefits-focused culture across the organization.
  Required Expertise/Skills:   Strong background in benefits management, including benefits identification, tracking, and reporting.
  Proficiency in value management and performance tracking, with a keen understanding of metrics that demonstrate project success.
  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of clearly articulating benefits and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and assess the impact of benefits across projects.
  Experience in using benefits realisation tools and methodologies to manage, track, and report on benefits.
  Required Certifications:   Managing Benefits (APMG International) or equivalent (preferred)   Relevant project management certifications, such as PRINCE2 or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) , are beneficial.
  Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  Demonstrated experience in benefits management within complex project or program environments.
