Software Dev Engineer, Eero, New Product Team

eero is now looking for a highly proficient, hands-on Software Development Engineer intern who can help to improve our mesh and client connectivity, design new features, and ensure that the end users have a great connectivity experience. You'll be working with international teams on various topics. You'll be able to learn and innovate in the WiFi world.
Key job responsibilitiesEnhance the networking experiences for eero's whole home connectivity productsInvestigate customer issues from production with a focus on early field failure analysisDive deep into embedded system internalsDeliver rapid board bring up and prototyping of new platformsWork with core operating system, mobile and cloud teams to deliver featuresMinimum RequirementsSpeak, write, and read fluently in MandarinCurrently enrolled in pre-final year of Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Proficiency in the C or C++ programming language.Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis.Good English listening and speaking skills.Experiences with Linux or other embedded systems is a plus.Proficiency in Python or Golang is a plus.Understanding in computer network and/or wireless network is a plus.
