About You To excel in this role, you will be a qualified Social Worker dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families and partners is key to this role, along with working collaboratively within your team and contributing to it's development.
You will have experience in Social Work practice with adults in a statutory setting, as well as knowledge of and the ability to apply legislation, regulations and Practice Guidance relevant to the post (including strength based and proportionate practice).
