We are looking to appoint: x part-time social worker ( hours) to our Rural Community Team which is based at Princeway Health Centre, Frodsham.
x full-time social worker ( hours) to our Ellesmere Port Community Team which is based at Workplace Hub, Coronation Road, Ellesmere Port.
As this position covers a large footprint within Cheshire, having a valid full driving licence is essential.
