Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and customer inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Analyse key metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns and manage influencer partnerships.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Organise and run social media contests and campaigns to boost audience interaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of content.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
