The role of Social Inclusion Coordinator will include: Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day-to-day functioning of the service Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments Welcoming visitors and callers Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff, and key stakeholders Dealing with emergencies on occasion Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events Skills and experiences: Previous experience working in a similar role Good interpersonal and customer care skills Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths Are you ready to be your best?
