We are now seeking an Amazon Account Director to join our innovative and rapidly expanding team.

Job Description: As an Account Director at Unicorn Orange, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our growth.
You will strategically look at ways to innovate and grow the agency, with a focus on improving processes to improve efficiencies of your team.
You will oversee a small team (4-6 members) of account managers who are the primary points of contact for our diverse client base.
Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing and developing your team, ensuring they excel in their roles and maintaining our exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement efficient processes to improve margins and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing support and guidance to ensure high-quality client management.
- Meet and exceed KPIs focused on client retention, staff retention, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure you are aware of industry trends and changes to Amazon and how these changes impact us and can be used to generate new ideas.
- Contribute to the company's vision and growth by bringing in fresh, innovative ideas.
Requirements: - Previously managing Amazon accounts and deploying Amazon strategy to drive growth.
You would be working in house or in an agency.
- Experience managing a team - Excellent with excel and ability to automate and simplify processes through advanced excel techniques - Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Account Management and Amazon PPC.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
