Snr Director , Alliances & Channels - Gsi

We're looking for an experienced Senior Director Alliances & Channel - GSI's; to join our EMEA Team scaling Zscaler's current GTM business with a specific set of GSI partners.
You will be based out of the United Kingdom.
Reporting to the VP Global Systems Integrators, you'll be responsible for:
Creating and executing a global growth Business plan for the GSI Partnership business in EMEA.Responsible for Zscaler's Revenue, and also ensuring that the partners meet their goals for product Revenue, Services revenue and margins.Building the partnership brand both internally and externally.Coaching, Mentoring and developing a strong set of Global Alliance Managers.Teaming with internal Sales and channel leaders to programmatically drive new revenue generating initiatives alongside the GSI partners.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Currently managing GSI partnerships in a leadership role for an enterprise software company with extensive executive relationships.At least 5 years of experience managing individual contributors.Internet Security & Networking Skills Experience.Bachelor's degree or similar education.What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Demonstrable evidence of exceeding sales targets and with a demonstrated track record in doing so with GSI partners.Exceptional Leadership skills working with Executives - internally and externally.
