I am working with a creative leisure business based in central London (South), hiring a qualified Accountant to join the business as SME Financial Controller.
You will be working for a collaborative, friendly and inclusive business, reporting to the CEO and working closely with owners and business leaders daily.

Your new role

As an SME Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Leading the finance team Budgeting, forecasting and analysis Cashflow planning Day to day and long-term finance function planning Management of one junior finance member Oversight of HR/Payroll What you'll need to succeed ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified SME sector experience (ability to work in an SME) Experience working with retail, leisure, events, arts gallery or not-for-profit / charities Payroll exposure Ability to work on site 5 days a week What you'll get in return

This role will provide the successful candidate with hands-on finance experience and the chance to work with key business leaders managing an SME finance business unit.
