IT Site Support Engineer Our Role As a Site Support Engineer, you will providetechnical support services across our UK sites.
?In this role, you will facilitate new site deployments and mobilisations as well as offering general IT support.
This particular role covers the East Mids and South East.
Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the setup and maintenance of remote site networks as well as the documentation of those networks Work closely with the service desk team and help by resolving and support issues whilst onsite at any of the remote offices Liaise with the service desk to ensure that any support need is fulfilled whilst on the sites Ensure that all hardware is configured and ready to deploy at sites in accordance with build specification and customer requirements Ensure that all network devices are configured in accordance with best practice security requirements and Network Plus build specifications and pre-tested Work as part of a team to achieve results on 1 st time fix whilst attending site Help and support for all customers; taking time to ensure all customers needs are met and strive to exceed customers expectation levels through great service Comply with all systems, procedures and processes; so that the company and customer information is accurate Work in line with Service Level Agreements delivering the requirementsofNetwork Plus, ensuring that targets are met Deal with priority one incidents; escalating where necessary to 3 rd line support and IT management Keep current with the latestdesktop and mobile and network technology Experience and Qualifications Full clean UK driving license Desktopand Server operating systems Hardware Mobile phone technology Network hardware configuration and troubleshooting Wireless network Systems Printing technologies A very analytical mind, able to tackle a problem from different angles and make decisions quickly Strongcommunication- good written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Network Plus at a Glance Network Plus is an award-winning business delivering essential utility and infrastructure services for the UKs major providers of gas, power, telecoms, transport, water, and wastewater We value the variety of experience, perspective, and other points of difference our workforce, clients, and supply chain offer We are actively working with colleagues across the Network Plus Group to develop an inclusive environment we want all our employees to feel valued and included to enable everyone to thrive at work and understand the value of their contribution matters no matter their background, identity, or circumstances Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.
