We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Southampton on a permanent, full-time basis.You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the site; to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with legal requirements, Company COPs, regulations, and site-specific plans.
You will also be accountable for ensuring the team operates with integrity whilst delivering a high standard of customer service, within financial framework across all site activities, whilst creating and maintaining a Great Place to Work culture.The site is an export and occasional import terminal for combinable crops and is based within the Eastern docks area of the port of Southampton.
The site has the capacity to store approximately 30, tonnes of combinable crops at any one time and is used to export crops worldwide.
