I have an exciting new opportunity to work for a leading housing developer based in the North West.

My client is looking for an experienced manager to join their team in Oldham. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience managing new build sites and be keen to learn and expand their knowledge.

A proven track record of building traditional new builds.

You are keen to learn and adapt to how the company runs sites.

You will possess a 'hands-on' and pro-active approach to problem solving, have good time management and organisational skills with the ability to motivate self and others and work in a team

What's on offer?

The company offer a basic of £50k - £60k dependant on experience, car allowance, bonus and additional company benefits
