Job summary The role of ATP Site Lead requires a self-motivated, disciplinedindividual to take ownership of the efficient day to day running of thepractice, supporting the Group Practice Manager and working as a key member ofthe Management Team.
The post-holder will offer strongleadership with business, financial and people skills to continue to drive thepractice forward by identifying, and acting on, practice and businessopportunities.
Main duties of the job To take responsibility for the management of staff on their ATP site whilst working in partnership with other ATP Site ensure financial claims such as locum, petty cash, etc.
are made in an effective and efficient mannerTo maintain Clinical Services and Appointments systemsTo maintain all rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff including holidays / sickness planningTo ensure effective administration supportTo manage all aspects of patient information across all branchesTo provide appropriate assistance to the Group Practice Manager in all day-to-day activities and ensure that all information is up-to-date including registrations and keeping high standard of adherence to GDPR About us The Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance was established in 2015 as a private company limited by shares.
