Can you deliver world-class customer service?About the positionThe successful candidate for our Workshop Controller position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
Assisting the service Controller in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
About our requirementsWe expect our new Workshop Controller to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Experience in a main dealer environmentStrong industry knowledgeAptitude for multi-tasking.An eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure.Quality awareness.Communication skills.Full driving license.
Salary: £28,000 OTE £36,000Hours: Mon to Friday 8am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm paid as overtime
