Sister/Charge Nurse - Oncology/Haematology

Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Oncology nurse to join a state of the art private hospital in Central London.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days plus occasional weekends and shifts.
In exchange for your commitment and enthusiasm, you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £54,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
  To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do as a Sister/Charge Nurse within the Oncology Department: As the Sister/Charge Nurse you'll play a key role in supporting the Matron with the successful day-to-day running of the Oncology service and team.
You will lead from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
You'll be a role model for the teams values, ensuring all your patients physical and emotional needs are met while using your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor and engage with your team.  To apply for this Senior Oncology Nursing role, you will be required to have the following: Be a qualified RGN with current NMC registration with post registration experience working in oncology within a hospital setting.
