Your Role As a Shift Manager in this customer-centric role, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and have the exciting opportunity to shape the way we work and exceed customer expectations.
In this hands-on position, you'll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and uphold service standards across the board.
You'll be instrumental in building a positive, results-driven culture by supporting and developing team members through proactive leadership, coaching, and effective communication.
This role offers the chance to drive excellence in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your expertise in warehouse and stock management will be key to leading and empowering the team, especially in a 24/7 fulfillment environment.
While core hours for the site are 8 am to 4 pm, your role will extend to supporting Team Leads on all shifts, ensuring they have the resources needed for smooth operations and high performance.

Your Responsibilities Direct responsibility for the Warehouse Team Leaders, report to and be managed by the Operations Manager Managing stock integrity, productivity, and facilities within the warehouse operation.
Monitoring operational and general business KPI's, ensuring that they are met and improved upon through the effective management of the operation/ operational area of concern.
Ensuring efficient planning, reviewing and communication of operational requirements and changes.
Building relationships with the customer and offering excellent customer service within budgetary constraints.
Continually reviewing all aspects of the operation and driving improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency.
Support QSHE and all legal compliance within the operation.
Your Skills and Experiences Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement.
Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully.
A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work Preferred experience (not essential) of JDA/ Red Prairie systems Understanding of warehouse practices e.g.
