Job Purpose
In the role you will support the Vodafone Head of Global Cyber Strategy & Secure by Design and 1 other E band manager, within the CTAS department. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Heads time, manage requests for time or deliverables and organising events and meetings.
Organisation and forward planning are vital for success in this role. It brings opportunity to support a senior leader by organising a diverse set of meetings both internal and external to Vodafone.
What you'll do
Build and manage the Heads calendars and time – balancing demands on their time with deliverables and travel.
To manage e-mails and correspondence - responding where appropriate and/or forwarding for input to the relevant parties.
Liaising with internal and external partners and stakeholders (suppliers, partners)
Travel arrangements (including visas, hotel, flights) and expenses management
Take minutes and actions in Heads team meetings
Who you are
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives
Positive, tenacious & can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure
Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate, Flexible towards work requirements
Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers.
