Sessional Therapists Reference PRI98545 Location Priory Hospital North London, Grovelands House, Southgate, N14 6RA Priory Group Division Healthcare Salary £60 per session Hours Sessional Vacancy Type Sessional Job Advert - Division Information We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sessional Therapist to support delivery of our face-to-face outpatient individual therapy and day therapy services.
The successful candidate will have at least three-years post-qualification experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.
The role will involve the provision of individual therapy to outpatients who require therapeutic intervention and a good knowledge of CBT, risk assessment, and risk management is essential.The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar setting and with a range of common mental health conditions, with specific CBT, CBT-e or DBT skills.
The successful candidate must hold registration with HCPC or accreditation with BACP, BABCP, UKCP, NCPS (senior accredited route only), or ACAT.
Desirable criteria:Due to current demand, ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to offer late-afternoon or evening in-person appointment times during week days, and/or weekend appointments.
Applications from DBT trained therapists would be particularly desirable as this offers an opportunity to support our 26week DBT day therapy course.
Additional training in EMDR or Supervision of qualified therapists is also desirable.
