Service Technician With Mot Licence

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Service Technician with a MOT Licence, to join us at our Main car dealership in Letchworth Garden City.

Key role responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehiclesLiaise with customers explaining repairs and issues Test the functionality of parts and systemsCarry out MOT's and retests, following DVSA frameworkComplete all required paperwork in line with franchise and company standardsPerform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other partsWillingness to learn with hands-on trainingMaintain the cleanliness of the workshop at all timesKeep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and in the commercial developments What we need from you: A full UK driving licence is essentialMust have current up to date MOT LicenceQualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalentA high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detailTeam player with a positive and can-do attitudeSelf-motivated and customer-focusedExcellent communication skillsAbility to deliver customer distinction at all times Enthusiastic approach to your ongoing learning and development Location:Letchworth Garden CityHours:Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pmSalary:£28,000 plus Bonus
