Service Advisor Role: To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquiresTo meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer's needs for at vehicle drop-offTo progress and update the customer throughout the dayTo discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.Advise, and forward diarised unsold workCarry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customerTo ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction Service Advisor requirements: Ideally have good customer adviser experience, motor trade experience not essentialA good technical knowledge of vehicles will helpTo have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workTo have a valid driving licencePackage: £30,000 to £35,000 OTE Hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am till 6.00pm and alternate Saturdays from 8.00am till 12.30pm Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service consultant, Aftersales Consultant, service advisor, Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service consultant, Aftersales Consultant, service advisor,
