Key Benefits: • Competitive salary + overtime + commission • 25 days annual leave (plus your birthday off) • Company vehicle + Fuel card • Comprehensive pension scheme • Structured progression opportunities • Flexible benefits Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in completing water hygiene service visits and tasks such as temperature monitoring, water sampling, shower C+Ds, TMV servicing, cold water storage tank clean & disinfecting, and cooling tower clean & disinfecting.
Your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring client sites receive appropriate water hygiene services and comply with industry-specific and Health & Safety legislation.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly reporting any issues.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and colleagues.
• Completing field documentation and reports using ZetaSafe, Word, and Excel, ensuring timely circulation.
• Making proactive recommendations for system improvements.
• Maintaining an inventory of tools and spares for water hygiene works.
• Ensuring personal and others' safety, complying with legislation and reporting incidents.
• Achieving set KPIs and targets.
• Updating water industry knowledge and carrying out Legionella and TVC sampling.
• Conducting general water hygiene temperature monitoring, shower clean and descales, and cold water storage tank inspections.
• Assisting with cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
• Liaising with the Water Hygiene Supervisor on technical issues.
General Requirements: • Good basic IT knowledge, experience with emails, and proficiency in Google apps.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (essential) • Excellent communication, punctuality, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
