Service Advisor

Communication: The successful candidate needs to be able to speak with customers in person & over the phone, able to explain technical terms to help customers make decisions * Customer service: The successful candidate need to be motivated to provide the best possible service for the customer * Organisation: Must be able to organise themselves effectively to provide the highest level of customer service while keeping up with their administrative duties * Scheduling: Schedule service appointments * Paperwork: Handle paperwork * Tracking: Keep track of the status of various vehicles * Estimating costs: They estimate costs 25 days annual leave
