As a Residential Youth Support Worker in our children's homes, you will be a key part of a close-knit team committed to providing stability, guidance, and support for vulnerable young people.
Your role will be to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a trauma-informed setting.What You'll Do: Build positive, nurturing relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviours.Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.Organize and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support.
