You will be working on several very exciting and high-profile planning applications in Kent
You will be a town planner with 2-5 years post-graduation experience in local authority, council, or planning consultancy in Kent.
You will have a good understanding of planning policy in Kent.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Planner, you will have a central role in supervising and orchestrating planning and development initiatives throughout Kent, Sussex & South London.
Your duties encompass:
Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development objectives.
Formulating and presenting planning applications, with ongoing communication with regulatory bodies.
Assessing and proposing resolutions for intricate planning and zoning issues.
Sustaining a commitment to ongoing research, keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices.
Key Requirements Degree qualified and also MRTPI Currently working for a planning consultancy or residential developer/ house developer experience in strategic land Detailed experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.
