Senior Therapist Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team at Hazel Cottage School in the North West.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or be a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
They will also possess a valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of their respective professional body.
With a minimum of 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children, the successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment and intervention planning.
They will also have experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, as well as managing their own workload and supervising others.
The role involves clinically leading the team, holding a therapy caseload, and coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team.
The postholder will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to staff training and consultation, as well as maintaining a nurturing environment where learners can flourish.
They will also be expected to work within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures, supporting the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision.

The salary for this role is £52,500 - £62,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
