Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing team at Heart Mind Talent.
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting the hiring needs of our VC-backed startup clients.
You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, engaging with top-tier talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for various tech roles, with a focus on finding top-tier talent for early-stage startups.
This includes job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, advise on talent strategies, and manage the hiring process.
You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job requirements and ensure cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from the initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Ensure a seamless process and foster relationships with candidates.
Talent Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping, direct sourcing, and networking, to identify high-potential candidates for various technical and leadership roles.
Recruitment Marketing: Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
Actively contribute to recruitment marketing efforts and campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track recruitment metrics, provide reports on hiring progress, and optimize recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Utilize data analytics to ensure the most efficient and effective recruitment processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and new technologies to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on tech, software engineering, or startup environments.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working with startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
