Our Role:
As a Senior Research Executive, you will have established the foundations of what it means to work in a strategy team, know where you can contribute to the overall strategy for client brands and ultimately improve the quality of the agency's outputs. You will be expected to have increasing autonomy on putting into practice the skills and tools you have gained but also develop a thirst to continue to learn from everything you do and the people around you that you work with.
What you can expect to be doing:
Have a refined understanding of brands and their role in marketing communications Develop a thorough understanding of the categories you work in and proactively advise the team as to developments Recognise where research is needed, define how the information gaps will be filled and draft the objectives for primary research Understand the critical insights that are relevant to strategic, scientific, and creative decision making on your brands Keep track of multiple briefs and projects simultaneously and be able to explain their process and progress at all times Collate and review all client research Manage workload with your manager, Operations and Client Services Teams, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and projects Ensure that you clearly understand the brief for any work you are producing, referring to it regularly and challenging aspects where you are able to improve or add value What we'd like to see from you:
Previous experience in a similar role - this is not a graduate role Experience working in a brand planning team or similar Expertise in market research and and insights Client facing experience Confidence and eager to learn and develop What you can expect from us
