Senior Recruitment Manager Leading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in London is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Within this role you will take the lead on the operational and strategic recruitment for both Fee-Earner and Senior level Business Services Recruitment.
Up to £90,000 per annum Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Exceptional employee benefits Senior Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities: Operate as an experienced legal talent acquisition subject matter expert Proactively manage senior business-critical or sensitive roles Support the implementation of AI driven tools Lead efforts in direct talent sourcing supporting the team in utilising available tools and platforms Champion and support evolution of interview frameworks and recruitment best practice Senior Recruitment Manager Key Skills & Requirements: Previous experience as a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Manager at a law firm Proven experience with implementation of new processes Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
