Senior Recruitment ManagerLeading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in London is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Within this role you will take the lead on the operational and strategic recruitment for both Fee-Earner and Senior level Business Services Recruitment.Up to £90,000 per annumHybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)Exceptional employee benefitsSenior Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:Operate as an experienced legal talent acquisition subject matter expertProactively manage senior business-critical or sensitive rolesSupport the implementation of AI driven toolsLead efforts in direct talent sourcing supporting the team in utilising available tools and platformsChampion and support evolution of interview frameworks and recruitment best practiceSenior Recruitment Manager Key Skills & Requirements:Previous experience as a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Manager at a law firmProven experience with implementation of new processesExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
