Position: HR Advisor- Employee Relations Location: (London or Manchester based) remote working with attendance in office as required for meetings.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Contract: Permanent The Role: The successful candidate will have experience in managing a diverse caseload in various  areas of employee relations.  This is a busy role and requires attention to detail whilst meeting KPIs and adhering to policy and legislation requirements.  The ability to coach managers on policy and procedure will be a key attribute.
