Experienced 360 recruitment consultants, Recruitment Managers/ Executive Search Consultants in any location in the UK who are interested in owning their own business You can be from any recruitment sector/ market specialism, recruiting to any industry as long as there is a business case.
You will be unlikely to make a business case in very high compliance high risk industries like medical and education.
Someone who has been thinking about whether they should work for themselves and earn more money but aren't fancying doing it alone isolated and having to do all the boring back office work Ideally you will have done Business development before and have proven success winning your own clients as you will need to do this in order to build a client base.
You do not need to know how to set up a recruitment business to do this You do not need to have been a director before You can do Perm, contract temp or retained recruitment on this model.
What are the steps to starting up?
You will discuss the option with our team and we will answer any of your questions.
You will then have a quick call with our client.
If you are keen to go ahead you will be invited to a Training Course.
It is once a week on a Wednesday at 6.30pm from 20th November for 3 weeks and then there is a follow up one to one session.
This is to build a business plan and get ready to starting your own recruitment business with the company.
When you have completed that and both sides are happy you will be offered to join in thier February Cohort .
This would mean you start at the same time as other entrepreneurs and have intensive, structured coaching and support initially and then more ongoing coaching.
You will also always have a community around you to build your business with including sharing ideas, leads, cross-training each other, giving tips etc, ringing up and having a rant about all the many things in recruitment that frustrate us :) Should you decide you aren't ready to start in the February cohort a later date can be considered.

Please note this role is not a salaried position, it is a model to set up as an independent recruiter within a community with all your back office taken care of YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN THE UK AND HAVE FULL RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
