Luminary Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Sciences team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent within the Life Sciences industry by utilizing effective recruitment strategies and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities: Identify and attract high-quality candidates in the Life Sciences industry through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties.
Requirements Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and understanding of roles and qualifications within the field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
