Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of biopharmaceutical clients.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations.
Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering detailed feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion.
Actively identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and using various recruitment tools Experience/Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
