Use LinkedIn, data lists, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.
Respond to online job adverts and engage with companies posting relevant positions.
Proactively present candidate CVs to potential employers, emphasizing key skills and experiences (360 responsibilities) Headhunt and deliver quality candidates (360 responsibilities) Address initial objections and provide comprehensive information about the companys services.
Update and maintain the companys database of leads and potential clients.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments and lead quality.
Deliver and exceptional and collaborative service to new and existing partners.
Requirements 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Permanent or Temporary recruitment experience Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
Fluent in spoken English with excellent written communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Proficient in using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
