We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Associate to join our HR team. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm attracts, selects, and retains talent who align to our mission and culture.
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers.
Working closely with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will be expected to build strong relationships to understand hiring needs and lead the process to find the right candidates. Key responsibilities include: Embedding best practice processes and systems that expedite recruitment activity to attract and acquire talent Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to establish strong working relationships to understand hiring needs and role requirements; providing recruitment guidance and expertise when required Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; providing timely communication, updates and feedback to candidates Providing support to hiring managers during the interview process by coordinating schedules and preparing interview materials Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess capabilities and experience Utilise recruitment metrics to assess and optimise recruitment strategies, sourcing channels and overall progress of the recruitment process; proving regular reports and insights to key stakeholders Proactively build talent pipelines through employer branding, direct recruitment, internships, university relationships, and 3rd party recruitment partners Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and equal employment opportunities guidelines Vendor management of all 3rd party recruitment partners Proactively keep up to date on market/industry sourcing strategies and solutions
