About the Position We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Advisor or Senior Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist for a maternity cover contract, who will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy recruitment team in a company with strong growth plans for the coming years.
With the support of Ayesa's Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute in a meaningful way to the accomplishment of our recruitment strategy and provide operational support.

Requirements You will need to have excellent sourcing/headhunting skills Have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in a busy recruitment environment (agency or in-house) - Engineering would be a distinct advantage You will need to be well versed in approaching candidates on LinkedIn/Job Boards/Direct Applicants - Screening and Interviewing.
