Hours : Monday – Friday 8.30-5pm Salary : £25,-£28, (DOE) + commission Location : 4a High Street, Reigate, RH2 9AY Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days at home Ideally you have a driving license with a car to create a personalised experience with existing and prospective clients.

You will be managing the Temps desk, predominantly in the commercial industry, with ad hoc warehouse roles.

What you'll be doing You will be responsible for building and developing your own clients within the commercial sector and bringing candidates to market on behalf of your new client base.
Responsibilities Breaking down doors and securing new client wins Identify sales leads for the team, achieve targets through consistent business development activity Gain trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking Identify suitable candidates through screening in accordance with the client's requirements and agreed service levels Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and be ready to bid to win a client  Filling all temporary roles About you We've talked a lot about the right attitude, what we seek is someone being adaptable, resilient and proactive.
